How Ferry Locks Works
Choose your exit lock between one and four before starting the round. Each lock presents a specific survival chance: eighty percent for the first, seventy-five percent for the second, two thirds for the third, and fifty percent for the fourth. Reaching your chosen exit returns a gross multiplier of 1.2x, 1.6x, 2.4x, or 4.8x depending on the lock selected. Failure results in a zero return, and you cannot manually exit during the round.
Stakes, Payouts, and Settlement
Stakes are set at ten, twenty-five, fifty, or one hundred coins, with twenty-five as the default. The stake is deducted once at the start and persists before any animation begins. Gross returns include the original stake, and payouts are computed in hundredths. Any fractional carry is kept separately, while only whole coins are credited to your balance. Settlement is automatic at the chosen exit or end of reveal, with no manual stop or autoplay available.
Wallet Behavior and Reload Rules
The demo uses virtual coins with no cash value and no cashier for deposits or withdrawals. A manual refill is available only when the balance is below ten coins during idle time, setting the balance to one thousand coins rather than adding that amount. Reloading the page discards any unfinished round without refund or resume, and the stake remains deducted. Whole coins are stored in local storage, along with fractional hundredths and a pending round flag.
